Can I return my Product?

Please email email@example.com (or call 1300 MYORGANIC – within AUS only) within 30 days of your products arriving so we can resolve any problems you might have with our products.
You will be refunded the cost of the product minus the shipping in the original form of payment. We recommend that you return your products using prepaid registered post and insure all items, as you assume all associated risks whilst the items are in transit. If you decide not to get insurance, Organic Island Pty Ltd will not take any responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods during transit.
It’s important you include your original order number otherwise we won’t be able to identify you and you may be refused service. Meaning we won’t be able to issue you a refund.
